Recently I was in London (Valentine’s Day!) and my sister and I went to a wonderful restaurant in Shoreditch called Dishoom. It’s based on old colonial Bombay cafe’s that you can find in India. The food was excellent, and the service superb. Prices were also very affordable, and I would highly recommend you to try the place if you are ever in London.

We ordered the lamb biryani, a salad and Bhel. (Updated: I made it at home and this is my version!) We got chutneys and also hot Chai Tea and it suited us quite well, with the weather being cold and all.

I saw the sign near the bar and I thought it was hilarious and I had to take a picture of it.
